Since today is the last day of the kitchen theme, I figured I would wrap it up with more food (sigh, I have no imagination). Roti is typically eaten with Palya. Most people have heard of or eaten some form of Roti. This particular variant is called Pulka. It’s made by rolling dough into a circular shape, pre-heating it on a pan, and then make it poof up by putting it directly on a flame.
